Flag Wars Pro sells virtual territory (pixels) and custom flag placements. Due to the immediate, digital nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable once a transaction is completed and the territory is assigned to your account. Refunds are only issued automatically by our system in the event of a verified server error or a territory conflict during placement.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store, process, or have direct access to your credit card details. To prevent fraudulent transactions, card testing, and chargebacks, we collect and share your IP address, browser metadata, and account email with our payment processor strictly for automated security and risk assessment.
To ensure the security and integrity of the game, we collect specific technical data. This includes your IP address, browser type, and basic session information. We use this data strictly to prevent cheating, enforce network bans on malicious users, and maintain your pixel balance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Any custom messages, links, and flag images you provide are stored on our servers and displayed publicly. Uploading illegal content, hate speech, or explicit material will result in an immediate, permanent ban without a refund. Please do not submit sensitive personal information on the canvas.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the explicit permission of a parent or guardian, to make purchases on Flag Wars Pro.
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to maintain your active user session. We also use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our site from automated abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
If you experience a billing issue, a bug with your pixel placement, or have privacy concerns, please contact us using the in-game Contact form before opening a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly.
By accessing and playing Flag Wars Pro, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or distributing illegal materials, are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
When claiming territory, you are responsible for the custom flags and links you provide. You must not upload or link to content that is NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, hateful, racist, violent, or otherwise malicious (such as malware, spyware, or phishing sites). Uploading invalid images or broken links purposely to disrupt the canvas is also forbidden.
Fair play is essential. The use of automated bots, macros, custom scripts, unauthorized third-party software, or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate the map, or bypass payment systems is strictly forbidden. We actively monitor the canvas, and cheaters will face immediate IP and account bans.
Flag Wars Pro offers digital goods (pixels, territory control, and custom uploads) that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that performance begins immediately, and you waive your right to a refund. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, nor if your territory is legitimately captured or overwritten by another player as part of the normal gameplay loop.
The administration reserves the right to review, modify, or completely remove any territory, custom flag, message, or link that violates these rules at any time. If your content or account is removed due to a violation of these Terms of Service, you will not receive a refund for any spent pixels or funds.
If you experience a technical issue preventing the delivery of your pixels, you must contact our support team to resolve the issue. Filing a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first is a violation of these terms. Any chargeback will result in an immediate, permanent ban of your account and IP address, and the confiscation of all owned territories.

Select a flag from the sidebar, draw a rectangle on the map using your mouse or finger, and click "DRAW TERRITORY".
If you place your flag right next to an existing territory of the exact same flag, your area will visually merge with it. However, your specific pixels will still display your own custom message and link when clicked.
Yes. You can overwrite another player's territory by painting over it with a different flag. The only exception is if the defending player has temporarily "Locked" their territory.
When purchasing territory, you can lock it for 12 to 72 hours. This multiplies the total cost, but it guarantees that no other player can overwrite your spot until the timer expires.
Pixels act as a discount currency. If you have enough pixels, you can cover the entire cost with your balance. If you have a partial balance, your pixels will automatically reduce the final price, and you pay the remaining difference securely via Stripe. If your pixel balance is zero, you simply pay the full calculated price.
Absolutely. You do not need to create an account to participate. Guests can select territory and pay the total cost directly through our Stripe integration. However, creating an account allows you to accumulate pixels and manage your territories more easily.
You can upload custom flags using a direct image URL. Additionally, every territory you buy can include a custom message and a clickable external link to promote your project or social media.
Claim your spot on the canvas! Choose a flag, purchase territory, and leave your custom message and link for the world to see.
